Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Bilingual in Spanish is required 

• Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000 (Open to negotiate) 
• PLUS: Sign on Bonus - up to $10K*
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends!

Overview of LCSW Role:

• Conduct clinical assessments to develop diagnostic information and determine patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.
• Offer clinical therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, particularly for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health coordinators, and other staff to enhance health outcomes.
• Facilitate referrals to additional services as required.
• Address patient needs through follow-up, advocacy, and collaboration with community service providers.
• Serve as a mandated reporter for Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult/Elder Abuse.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities and services provided.
• Complete billing-related paperwork promptly.
• Attend and participate in various internal and external meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

LCSW Requirements:

• CA State Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology as a LCSW or MFT
• Master’s or Doctorate degree
• Bilingual in Spanish
