Occupational Therapist Benefits:
- Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 *Based on Experience
- Pay increases TWICE a year- guaranteed pay increases every 6 months!!
- $3,000 Sign- on BONUS
- Location: Avondale, AZ (Relocation package)
- Hours: 9am - 6pm/ flexibility, Prefer Mon- Thursday
- Type: Full-Time role (we may also consider part-time candidates)

Occupational Therapist Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligible to obtain licensure immediately)
- Some experience with occupational therapy with the autism population- minimum 6 months experience.
- Experience working directly with young children and families
- Proficient at listening to and interpreting needs of child & family
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards all people; solid team player who is open to new ideas
- Ability to multi-task, independently plan and organize own activities
- Successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check, TB test, and other related hiring requirements
Essential Functions:
- Conduct evaluations and develop written treatment plans
- Provide direct treatment as indicated in treatment plans to implement therapy goals, in individual or group settings, in clinic or home environments
- Conduct data collection and record keeping for all services delivered
- Provide clinical staff supervision and case supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Assist with staff training and in-house professional development initiatives
- Collaborate with other clinical staff members to support interdisciplinary care services for clients
- Submit accurate paperwork, including data reports, timesheets, etc.
- Arrive timely and work for the full duration of scheduled appointments; allow for planning time and session summary
