  • Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 *Based on Experience 
  • Pay increases TWICE a year- guaranteed pay increases every 6 months!!

  • Hours: 9am - 6pm/ flexibility, Prefer Mon- Thursday

Occupational Therapist Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligible to obtain licensure immediately) 
  • Some experience with occupational therapy with the autism population- minimum 6 months experience.
  • Experience working directly with young children and families 
  • Proficient at listening to and interpreting needs of child & family 
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards all people; solid team player who is open to new ideas 
  • Ability to multi-task, independently plan and organize own activities 
  • Successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check, TB test, and other related hiring requirements 

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop written treatment plans
  • Provide direct treatment as indicated in treatment plans to implement therapy goals, in individual or group settings, in clinic or home environments 
  • Conduct data collection and record keeping for all services delivered
  • Provide clinical staff supervision and case supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants 
  • Assist with staff training and in-house professional development initiatives 
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff members to support interdisciplinary care services for clients 
  • Submit accurate paperwork, including data reports, timesheets, etc.  
  • Arrive timely and work for the full duration of scheduled appointments; allow for planning time and session summary
