Job Description

CapTech is looking for a creative & hands-on Marketing Director with strong background in using both non-traditional and traditional marketing tactics to reach our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be able to blend compelling marketing content & tactics with the appropriate channel to design and direct engaging and effective marketing strategies that reach our clients, prospects, and candidates.

This individual will be responsible for the management and protection of our brand nationally, developing & nurturing a deep strategic partnership-based relationship with our regional and service-aligned leadership, as well as the management and development of the central marketing team resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the messaging for integrated marketing programs that promote CapTech’s service offerings as they align to our clients & candidate’s needs.
  • Build a best-in-class relationship with Sales, Recruiting, Service Leads, &
  • Regional/Office Leads to drive demand generation, targeted brand awareness, and strategic field marketing tactics.
  • Provide strategic guidance and participate in the design and development of thought leadership programs designed to create brand preference in target audience.
  • Build and lead a team of regionally focused field marketers and internal marketing consultants who are focused on developing clear client and candidate personas and aligning these with our brand differentiators and go-to-market services.
  • Participate in the development and analysis of research such as surveys, polls and focus groups to drive marketing research & published independent research
  • Accountable vendor relationships, contractor resources, and channel owners to execute intentional marketing strategies using appropriate marketing tactics
  • Track and report on results of planned programs at the campaign, channel and audience level.
  • Optimize marketing expenses against allocated budget to ensure targets are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Required

  • Experience building and leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed marketing teams (includes recruiting, coaching & development, performance management activities, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing internal “clients” in a model where the marketing team is functioning as a group of internal consultants.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required, MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 10-15 years of developing and executing strategic, cost-effective demand generation programs for services or consumer-focused companies.
  • Experience in B2B marketing required
  • Thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape as well as non-traditional marketing strategies and how they are leveraged for demand generation
  • Track record of establishing quantitative & qualitative KPIs to gauge marketing program effectiveness
  • Experience with analysis of data to drive decision making and program optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment
  • High level of drive, discipline, creativity and self-motivation
  • Solid planning, presentation, and written communication skills
