Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we’ll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney, with global hubs across the world. For this role, you’ll be based in Amsterdam, working closely with our global teams.
We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. This will give you a flavour of what you’ll be working on, though it will likely evolve over time.
As the Netherlands Localisation Partner, you’ll play a key role in making Canva feel truly local for Dutch users. You’ll combine cultural insight, product thinking, and data to shape experiences that drive growth, engagement, and delight.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
• Owning Canva’s localisation strategy for the Netherlands, improving cultural relevance, clarity, and overall user experience
• Partnering closely with product, growth, and regional teams to influence roadmap decisions with local market insights
• Analysing user and subscription funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for growth
• Providing cultural and behavioural insights to inform experiments, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies
• Adapting global product surfaces, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with Dutch users
• Collaborating with the Dutch Language Manager and external partners to deliver high-quality language experiences
• Building scalable processes for localisation reviews, user flow audits, and growth initiatives
You’re probably a match if
• You have deep understanding of Dutch users and can translate cultural insight into impactful product experiences
• You bring experience from product growth, localisation, content design, or marketing within the Netherlands
• You’ve worked in a SaaS, product-led, or high-growth tech environment (or similar)
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English
• You’re confident using data to evaluate performance and drive improvements across user funnels
• You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy influencing across product, marketing, and engineering teams
• You’re both strategic and hands-on, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes
About the team

We’re a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team that partners across the entire organisation to deliver culturally resonant experiences. In the Netherlands, our focus is on unlocking growth by making Canva feel intuitive, relevant, and deeply local for Dutch user.
