Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time-consuming, and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role, we’re focusing on San Francisco so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 12-month engagement, working 40 hours per week.

What you’d be doing in this role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Events & Webinars, to help turn our events, webinars, podcasts, and emerging experiences into meaningful moments that spark interest, build relationships, and grow pipeline for our Business and Enterprise plans.

In this role, you’ll set the strategy that connects these experiences to real business impact. You’ll partner with our Experiential, Field, and Digital Events teams to shape journeys that drive registrations, engagement, and high-quality conversations — bringing marketing and sales together across every touchpoint before, during, and after an event.

You’ll collaborate with our Marketing and Sales Operations teams to design simple, reliable systems for capturing and routing leads, and work closely with Sales Enablement, BDRs, and Sales to make sure follow-up feels timely, personal, and aligned to intent. You’ll also lead the way on measurement — sharing clear insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where we can grow next.

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, connecting teams, and using data to guide thoughtful decisions. If you enjoy turning ideas into action and making experiences count, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll do

  • Create and run demand strategies for events and webinars — defining audiences, goals, and the impact we want to drive.
  • Design full-journey communications that bring marketing and sales together to deliver thoughtful, consistent experiences.
  • Explore and test new channels, like digital roundtables and podcasts, to reach high-intent audiences in fresh ways.
  • Improve how we capture and route leads, and build simple playbooks that make follow-up easier and more effective.
  • Bring teams together — partnering across Marketing, Sales, Ops, PMM, and Enablement to stay aligned and move quickly.
  • Share clear insights and recommendations, helping teams understand performance and shape future investment.

You're probably a match if

  • You have experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing within SaaS or technology companies – preferably with a number of years of experience related to events and/or webinars.
  • You have proven experience building scalable lead capture and routing systems that drive measurable pipeline growth from events/webinars.
  • You have a strong understanding of Salesforce, event platforms (e.g., Goldcast, Splash) and campaign attribution methodologies.
  • You are skilled in partnering with Sales, Enablement, and Data teams to improve follow-up and conversion.
  • You have an analytical mindset with deep comfort in reporting, performance storytelling, and ROI analysis.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented — thrives on solving operational challenges to create business impact.
