Job Description

Operational:

  • Greet visitors and customers and answer phone calls.
  • Work with staff members to manage customer safety and security.
  • Help organize transportation and accommodation according to crew needs.
  • Perform other support tasks for the base manager and operations assistant.

Administrative:

 

  • File information in customer and supplier files.
  • Enter data into the company's computer system (AS400).
  • Write reports in Windows (Word & Excel).
  • Prepare information for billing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage priorities and good organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a variable workload.
  • Positive attitude and professional discretion.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French.
  • Good knowledge of English (an asset).
  • Studies in office automation and/or administration or relevant experience is an asset.
