Job Description

At CRB, our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex, highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record, you’ll contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of projects across a variety of industries—including life sciences and food & beverage.

This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools
  • Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Translate redlines and markups into coordinated, high-quality drawing sets
  • Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designs
  • Support field investigations, site visits, and data collection
  • Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks
  • Assist with the development of studies, presentations, and reports

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch, or equivalent) preferred
  • Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Experience developing and coordinating construction documents
  • Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)
  • Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.)
  • LEED, WELL, or other sustainability accreditation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support
