Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible to provide general assistance to and may be responsible for the direction and performance of a subset of principal areas of responsibility of the Project Manager. Accountable for project financial performance. Single or multiple project assignments may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance to and may be responsible for the direction and performance of a subset of principal areas of responsibility of the Project Manager
  • Project financial performance
  • Manage small projects (REVENUE) with limited complexity

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Up to five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting

Additional Qualifications

  • Developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented individual capable of coordinating or managing others
  • Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting
