Job Description
The Proposal Specialist executes one or more of CRB’s marketing efforts including: sales services, business development support, client loyalty programs, content creation, proposal management, client experience, and data integrity and analytics in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This role will specialize in sales services activities, including contributing to company marketing strategy, proposal and presentation development, content creation, data management, meeting facilitation, and participating in special initiatives.
- Execute one or more of CRB’s marketing efforts including: sales services, business development support, , client loyalty programs, content creation, proposal management, client experience, and data integrity and analytics in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry
- Contribute to company marketing strategy, creating content and supporting special initiatives
- May focus primarily on one or several of these areas and have a secondary focus on others which may evolve as business needs require
- Execute cross-company marketing projects with multidiscipline participants
- Ensure quality deliverables within agreed timelines and ensures that company brand and policies are followed
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or equivalent education
- Minimum of six years of related experience
- Track record of success creating content for complex solicitations above $20M
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced graphics, document layout, editing and quality assurance skills
- Understanding of standard style guidelines
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and experience with providing direction to team members
- Experience supporting strategy and providing structure for deliverables that focus on clients’ expressed needs
- Experience facilitating meetings and managing document iterations
- Ability to inspire teams to meet internal deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, InDesign, Deltek Vision or equivalent; Office 365, marketing automation, and data analytics experience preferred
- Skilled at implementing complex marketing initiatives, strategic opportunity campaigns and supporting diverse teams
- Skilled at working with technical project teams
- Languages: fluent in German (C1+), fluent in English (C1+), French (B2+) is a plus
- Valid work permit for Switzerland/Germany or able to obtain a permit
