Job Description
Operate and Evolve CIMA+’s Enterprise AI Platforms
We are looking for an AI Platform Administrator to administer and optimize CIMA+’s enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and other approved AI solutions.
Reporting to the AI Solutions Team Lead, you will ensure these platforms are secure, well-governed, cost-effective, and aligned with CIMA+’s AI strategy. You will work closely with the AI Enablement team, AI Strategy & Delivery leadership, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, users, and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise AI platforms, including users, roles, licenses, permissions, configurations, and features
- Monitor usage, consumption, credits, overages, and licensing, and recommend optimization opportunities
- Maintain reporting on adoption, usage, costs, and platform trends
- Stay current on product roadmaps, releases, licensing changes, and new capabilities
- Assess the operational and governance impacts of new features before deployment
- Collaborate with Infrastructure on identity, access, SSO, SCIM, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations
- Support platform governance, security controls, and approved configurations
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain platform documentation, procedures, and administrative standards
- Partner with the AI Enablement team to communicate changes and support adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, Microsoft 365, cloud, or enterprise platform administration
- Experience with user administration, licensing, permissions, identity, configuration, and operational support
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Good understanding of Generative AI platforms and their enterprise use
- Experience monitoring usage, licensing, and technology costs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to learn rapidly and keep pace with evolving AI technologies
- Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence
Assets
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or similar platforms
- Experience with SSO, SCIM, RBAC, APIs, or automation
- Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Power Platform
