Job Description

Responsabilities

  • Actively participate in the engineering design and preparation of drawings and specifications
  • Participate in the realization of studies or technical reports
  • Support in Project & Utilities Coordination
  • Assist in completing design activities, calculations, engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory applications throughout the projects.
  • Assist Project Managers in project control and project administration throughout the projects.
  • Using advanced computer software and technologies support in design and engineering drawings production
  • Solve technical problems requiring research and in-depth analysis
  • Assume responsibility for compliance with the quality assurance system
  • Conduct site inspections as required to monitor construction progress
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and business development initiatives
  • Develop visual presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree student in civil engineering
  • Mastery of design and calculation tools
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of software: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD (an asset), Civil 3D (an asset), Microstation (an asset), and InRoads (as asset)
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and proactively report on work progress
  • Good communication and writing skills.

Additional Information

The expected salary for this position ranges from $24.15 to $34.45 per hour, depending on your academic program, the number of credits earned, and your previous co-op or internship experience. The final offer and salary may be adjusted based on your unique profile.
