Mission                                                          

We are looking for a site supervision project manager to join our fast-growing team of more than 50 passionate individuals working on major projects for the reconstruction and construction of bridges, engineering structures and pavements, such as the reconstruction of the Ville-Marie, Viger and Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnels, construction of new bridges on Highway 35 and Highway 19 and of a new access ramp on Highway 15, as well as the delivery of other major reconstruction projects in the Greater Montreal Area.  

We offer a flexible hybrid work model allowing you to work alternately from home and and one of our offices in the metropolitan region

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the on-site multidisciplinary team 
• Ensure monitoring and management of schedules, changes, and costs
• Analyze the contractor’s construction methods and work planning to ensure observance and compliance with contractual requirements and constraints
• Prepare documents and forms required for the delivery and supervision of each reconstruction and construction projects 
• Participate in business strategies and succession training within the firm 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Member or aspiring member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• At least seven years of experience supervising construction sites in the framework of projects for the MTQ or other public companies in the same area (transportation infrastructure assets, bridges, and engineering structures)
• Completed MTQ training on the construction and repair of structures
• Completed OHS training for construction sites (ASP Construction card)
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
