Job Description
The CRM & Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and data governance of Field CRM platforms, ensuring systems are accurately configured and data is maintained to support field execution and reporting. The role supports Jira change tickets, testing of system upgrades, and works closely with third‑party vendors on configuration-related issues, while maintaining high-quality master data and supporting the business through training materials and user documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and optimise CRM and operational systems, ensuring they deliver value and remain stable
- Analyse system performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and customer experience
- Support system configurations, working with teams to ensure smooth adoption and training
- Own data management, quality, and reporting - ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the business
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, solving issues quickly and systematically
- Build documentation and processes that make systems & processes sustainable and scalable
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Solid experience with CRM systems
- Strong Excel and XML skills
- Strong technical foundation in systems analysis, database management, or systems administration
- Proven ability to manage implementations or significant system projects
- Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics tools
- Problem-solving mindset - you approach challenges methodically and see solutions others miss
- Communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- An appetite to learn new tools and stay current with technology trends
