In this role, you’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, supporting the delivery of BI, AI, analytics, and automation solutions that drive real business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Partner with stakeholders to define and document high‑quality business and technical requirements
• Support agile delivery teams with well‑defined user stories, backlog readiness, and UAT
• Contribute to BI, AI, analytics, and automation initiatives across our platforms
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and value‑led
• Apply a curious, solution‑focused mindset to continuously improve insights and ways of working

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI and/or automation
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
