About the Role

We’re searching for the next valued member of the TCCD team to help deliver the next phase of our growth journey.

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and highly reliable Product and Customer Data Administrator to support the smooth operation of our commercial and field teams through accurate, timely, and disciplined data administration. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of customer, product, pricing, and promotional data across our internal systems and key customer platforms.

The role is casual (18 hours per week across 3 or 4 days) and is designed as a focused, execution‑driven position that enables Account Managers and Field Operations to perform at their best by removing friction, reducing errors, and maintaining high data quality standards. Following onboarding and training, this role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Master data accuracy and maintenance across internal trade spend systems and customer platforms
  • Administrative support that enables Account Managers and Field Operations to meet their accountabilities
  • Data integrity and compliance through disciplined processes and attention to detail

Core Responsibilities (Must Have Skills)

  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Proficient in modern commercial tools (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Tableau), with strong Excel capability used efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a structured and disciplined manner
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of defined responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders

Bonus

  • Experience within FMCG environment or independent grocery
  • Exposure to data management in software systems to accurately capture information
