About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Program Manager to join our team in Millers Point, Australia. As the National Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple programs across the country, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

As the National Program Manager, you will be responsible for building strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome. While leading a field team you will drive Best in Class Planning and Execution of the client program, superior client service, on-going evolution of processes, capability and efficiencies in line with client and retail requirements.

As the strategic lead you will provide direction to the field team, making informed decisions that will develop and improve retail activations. This expertise will be drawn from an extensive knowledge of the Retail market and client service management.

This role suits someone who can juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines while leading the team with a tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both our business and the client’s needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for national programs, aligning them with organizational objectives
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective program delivery
• Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams across different locations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and partner organizations
• Create and present regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness
• Travel within Australia as required to oversee program implementation and engage with regional teams

About You

We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate and engage with people at any level. Someone who is eager to take on a challenge and who is hungry to learn.

You will already have proven experience as an Account/Client Service Executive or as a Field Team Leader looking to step up into a National role, as well as:

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, national programs
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills with proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities including exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel within Australia as needed
