About the Role

We are on the lookout for our next Client Service rising star working within the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering programs for our major retail clients.

As our Client Service Coordinator you will be confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders dealing directly with clients, our internal operations teams and our field team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service. You need to have an interest in retail and be passionate about the data.

Qualifications and experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to interpret and analyse data
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong level of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • A solutions focussed mindset

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end management of Mystery Shopping (CX) including activity communications, questionnaire development, client communication, data analysis, reporting and presenting
  • Monitor the team against the program schedule, ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed
  • Monitor program spending and client invoicing
  • Contribute to the development of program design and proposal development
  • Check and monitor data quality and integrity
  • Build program histories and insight stories
