CEDA is looking for a temporary Health Safety & Environment Administrator for our Edmonton, AB location!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Track and maintain monthly regional statistical data
• Support data entry for regional safety statistics - meetings, incident tracking, training records, inspections, observations, hazard IDs, FLHAs, etc.
• Assist in month end statistic reports
• Assist in the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Ensure training and documentation systems are maintained, current and accurate
• File and maintain all HSE related documentation
• Work with HSE team members to support and achieve department goals

Role Specifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education- related administrative support certificate considered an asset
• 2+ years’ experience related role
• Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Suite of products
