Daily responsibilities
Support the team on their daily need:
- On the discipline team you will be assigned to, attend to the daily scrums, identify any potential on-going issues and help solve them
- Help the lead of the discipline you will be assigned to to prepare the content of the weekly reviews
- Help the production team by keeping a clear track of the daily progress of the team you are assigned to and escalate any issue that will need it.
- Be an active participant in tracking the conversation held during reviews and help process their aftermath.
Qualifications
Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
- You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
- You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
- You have a good command of English.
For this role, you should also have:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible and reliable — able to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking in a group setting (e.g. daily scrums).
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- Ability to notice when something might be stuck or unclear and ask for help.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Genuine interest in video games and how they are made.
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of how games are developed (art, design, programming, QA, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or other task-tracking tools (even from school or personal projects).
- Participation in school projects, student councils, game jams, or community initiatives.
- Experience organizing events, managing group work, or coordinating classmates on a project.
- Interest in RPGs or narrative-driven games.
- Curiosity about production and how teams stay aligned and deliver on time.

Additional Information
Work mode: office-first — fully onsite work from Warsaw office
The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
