Job Description
Ever spent hours tracking drowners near Nilfgaard or uncovering every hidden secret in Night City? Or maybe you're just looking for a place to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a unique gaming industry?

- Proposing and documenting an innovative design for systems and features that follows the game direction.
- Iterating and improving documentation for existing systems and features.
- Designing, prototyping, scripting, iterating on features using Unreal Engine 5.
- Continuously ensuring high quality of content.
- Active collaboration with other disciplines (quest designers, cinematic designers, QA etc.).
- Creating design documents.
Qualifications
Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
- You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
- You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
- You have a good command of English.
For this role, you should also have:
- Passion for storytelling, and gameplay design.
- Creativity, ability to apply unconventional approaches.
- Interest in gameplay, and combat design - especially RPG games.
- Knowledge of CDPR games, especially the Witcher universe.
- Eagerness to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team.
- Ability to work in short iteration cycles.
- Openness to feedback.
Nice to have
- Any experience working in the industry.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience in pitching design concepts (not necessarily game).
- Passion for other creative fields.
To be considered, please make sure to attach your portfolio, showcasing gameplay mechanics of your own creation, ideally with a focus on combat mechanics and/or RPG elements.
Additional Information
Work mode: office-first — at least 4 days per week from Warsaw office.
The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
