Job Description
As a Research Operations Specialist (ResearchOps), you will play a key role in streamlining and scaling UX Research efforts across the company. You will work closely with UX Researchers, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other internal partners to ensure research studies are delivered efficiently, securely, and at a high operational standard.
Your responsibilities will include enabling fast and reliable delivery of research insights to development teams, maintaining security standards to prevent leaks, and ensuring all research operations meet the highest privacy and compliance requirements. You will also support the REDPlaytesting Program by helping communicate it to players, maintaining its visibility, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all research participants.

Daily responsibilities
- Recruit research participants and manage end-to-end study logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and participant communication.
- Support Research Operations Coordinator and Producer in planning and execution of research sessions and playtests, ensuring studies run smoothly, efficiently, and provide a positive experience for participants.
- Maintain the UX Research Lab and research tools, ensuring hardware, software, and setups are reliable, up to date, and ready for use.
- Maintain, develop, and continuously improve research operations processes, pipelines, templates, and documentation to support consistency and scalability.
- Ensure research operations adhere to privacy, security, and compliance standards, including proper handling of participant data and sensitive materials.
- Plan and support the management of internal ResearchOps projects, such as external communication initiatives, tool development, or operational improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in research operations, project management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing projects and supporting the establishment, improvement, or streamlining of processes and workflows.
- Ability to identify risks, set priorities, and support efficient, reliable delivery of work.
- Good familiarity with and understanding of the gaming industry, including recent releases, current trends, industry news, and a broad range of game genres.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
- Strong technical awareness, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and clearly communicate technical problems when escalation is required.
- Very good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Nice to have

- Familiarity with UX Research or Games UX Research, including commonly used research methods.
- Experience working with physical UX Research Labs, especially in environments with high confidentiality and security requirements.
- Experience in communication management or PR, including proposing communication ideas, creating briefs, and explaining how they support program or business goals.
- Familiarity with commonly used UX Research and development tools (OBS, Qualtrics, Confluence, Jira, version control etc.)
- Good Polish proficiency, both written and spoken.
Additional Information
Working mode
In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
