Job Description

We are looking for a structured and proactive Marketing Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives across Snke. You will be the central project manager within the Marketing team — ensuring product launches, campaigns, trade shows, and content production are executed on time, on brand, and on budget. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Regional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into well-organized project plans and steer cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Launch Management - Independently manage marketing and launch campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and planning through production, delivery, and post-campaign review. Develop project schedules, define milestones, and proactively manage risks to keep initiatives on track.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Coordination - Act as the central point of contact between the Marketing team and key stakeholders including Product, Sales, and Regional teams. Translate requirements into clear project briefs and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Agency & Vendor Steering - Coordinate external agencies and service providers across creative, digital, and event disciplines. Manage day-to-day relationships, ensure delivery against scope and quality standards, and track spend against budget.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance - Ensure consistency, approval, and quality of all campaign assets in line with brand standards. Manage review and approval workflows across all materials.

Process Optimization & Reporting - Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency and scalability. Provide regular status reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or B2B technology
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-channel marketing projects end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus
  • A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

Additional Information

  • A supportive, international team connected by shared values and a culture of trust
  • Meaningful responsibilities with a lasting impact on global healthtech, improving medical decisions and patient outcomes
  • 30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31st
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model within Germany
  • Bike leasing via our partner “BikeLeasing”
  • Parking garage and secure underground bike storage
  • Subsidized company restaurant and in‑house café
  • Urban Sports Club membership with employer contribution
  • Regular after‑work, team, and company events
  • Centrally located, modern workspace with a 212 m² rooftop terrace
