Job Description

Are you a proactive and motivated student with a passion for product management and business strategy? Join our Strategic Product Management Office team at Brainlab! We manage overarching projects and processes reaching across all product management teams, with an emphasis on Marketing, Sales and R&D interfaces. As a working student, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working across these teams with a focus on improving efficiency, consulting on best practices and implementing processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead key work packages in high-impact projects, contributing directly to the team’s success.
  • Develop structures and frameworks to optimize team processes and efficiency.
  • Support daily tasks and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth team operations.
  • Engage with product managers and collaborate closely with diverse teams and departments across Brainlab, gaining exposure to a broad range of functions.

Qualifications

  • Studying business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong interest in exploring the broader area of product management.
  • First experience in project management or related activities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration, with an assertive and hands-on mentality.
  • Exceptional observation and listening skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
