Job Description
Based in our Munich headquarters, our Order Coordination Teams play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and support teams worldwide.
We are on the lookout for a proactive, resilient, and energetic individual to lead our team supporting the sales operations.
As a Team Leader for Order Coordination, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of 10 order coordinators
- Facilitate daily task interactions and provide training, serving as the point of escalation for team members
- Generate and present periodic management reports
- Efficiently manage workload to ensure daily task completion
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure on-time delivery of our products at customer sites
- Monitor product availability and capacity planning, processing deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date order documentation
- Collaborate closely with various departments including sales operations, production, warehouse, and export for effective order handling
- Engage in daily correspondence with international colleagues, fostering seamless order handling
- Participate in Brainlab's Leadership program to enhance your leadership skills
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A background in business administration
- Strong organizational and general business process understanding
- Experience in a service-oriented and international environment, such as sales support or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and a deep sense of commitment
- Innovative forward-thinking leadership skills
- A good sense of humor and motivation to get things done
- Well-developed sense of urgency, attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and quickly shift priorities between systems and tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is mandatory, Salesforce.com is a plus)
- Ability to learn and adapt to various software systems
- Business fluency in German and English
