Responsibilities

Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, you'll be the champion of customer retention and loyalty—turning casual visitors into devoted Players' Club members while keeping the fun going strong!

  • Hit the casino floor and work your magic!
  • Connect with our guests, answer their questions, and help create moments they'll be talking about for weeks.
  • Be the Players' Club superstar! Share the incredible benefits and exciting events with genuine enthusiasm, and watch guests light up when they learn what's possible.
  • Grow our community and have a blast doing it!
  •  Recruit new members and nurture relationships with current guests through creative direct mail campaigns, engaging telemarketing calls, and personalized notes that show you care.
  • Master the Players' Club like a pro and become the go-to expert who guides guests through our rewarding point system, helps them celebrate their wins, and shows them how to maximize every swipe of their club card.
  • Team up with our Casino and Slot Hosts to create magic!
  •  Collaborate to design unforgettable player experiences and bring our most exciting events to life in ways that keep guests coming back for more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 
• High school diploma or GED. 
• One to two years experience in customer service. 
• Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Must be flexible in work schedule. 
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and player tracking systems. 
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
