You can make your mark as a crewing coordinator by supporting the crewing operations for Boskalis Subsea Cables project crews and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements across our projects. In this role, you will maintain accurate crew data in OneView, coordinate certification compliance, organize travel logistics, and act as a reliable point of contact for crew members and project teams.

Your responsibilities as a crewing coordinator

• Manage and maintain crew data in OneView, including personal details, next of kin information, certificates, and other key crew records.
• Monitor certification and compliance by checking the Boskalis project crew training matrix, project-specific requirements, and mandatory training completion.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for on- and off-hire crew, including flights, hotels, taxis, and visa arrangements where needed.
• Support project activities and planning by assisting with smaller operational tasks and responding quickly to schedule or crew changes.
• Maintain data quality across systems by ensuring documents are correctly uploaded, categorized, and updated in OneView, VISSIM, SOMS, and other required systems.

Your qualities 

You can make your mark as a crewing coordinator if you have:

• Background in administration, HR, logistics, or a related field, with experience in crewing, shipping, or offshore coordination considered a plus.
• Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems, such as OneView or similar platforms, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of travel logistics and visa processes is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs.

• Your team: You will be part of Offshore Fleet Management Crewing team in Abu Dhabi.
• Full/part-time job: The position of crewing coordinator is a full-time job.
