In your job you will work for the offshore energy division. Boskalis has one of the largest global fleets of specialized offshore vessels, allowing us to carry out a broad range of offshore activities. Are you eager to learn and ready to make your mark? Kick-start your career as a Commercial Graduate at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen! Join our 18-month graduate program and become an integral part of our Commercial team. You’ll provide crucial contractual and commercial support, helping Boskalis Subsea Services Limited mitigate risks and optimise project delivery.

Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through various areas of the Commercial function, including Projects and Post Contract Award. This hands-on experience will allow you to support each team, build extensive knowledge, and take on increasing responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll gain insights into other key functions such as Project Services, Engineering, and Finance, broadening your understanding of our business.  Based in our Aberdeen office, you’ll also have opportunities to visit other Boskalis locations and spend time aboard our fleet of Dive Support Vessels.

The Program

Our graduate program kicks off in September 2026. Each work placement offers ample time for personal development, with both personal goals and business objectives set for each stage. You’ll receive support from senior colleagues and Line Managers throughout the program.

Your Qualities and Qualifications

You can excel as a Commercial Graduate if you have:

• A relevant degree, preferably in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying
• Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• The ability to work independently, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and manage your own workload effectively
• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.

• Your Team: As part of the Projects and Post Contract function, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals reporting directly to Commercial Specialists and Project Commercial Managers.
• Where You Will Work: Your base will be our office in Westhill, Aberdeen.
• Full/Part-Time Job: The Commercial Graduate position is full-time, 35 hours per week.
