Job Description
- You work in an agile and dynamic environment according to SAFe and are part of a great hardware and software development team - with the opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas

- As a serving manager and coach for the agile team, you are responsible for training the team in agile methods and SAFe
- You also ensure compliance with agile processes and the development process. You overcome emerging or existing obstacles
- You are the first point of contact for agile thinking and procedures - for teams, product owners and management
- You foster an environment for powerful team dynamics and continuous improvement
- You are part of the expert team of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters and contribute to the agile orientation of the entire organization
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- In addition, you have experience in a Scrum Master role and with agile practices, tools and methods, ideally in a SAFe environment
- You will have a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework, including its values, principles and practices
- You are familiar with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- You have strong leadership and moderation skills, including the ability to lead and coach teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
- Thanks to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can convince in the moderation of team discussions, cooperation with stakeholders and ensuring team cohesion
- Your thinking and acting are analytically shaped and you have a high willingness to learn and flexibility in changes
- Very good knowledge of German (fluent) round off your profile
