• Promotion in ASIC/Analog Design - Innovative Communication over Isolation for Gate Driver ASICs - enabling high efficiency of data transfer and KPI improvement.
• You develop integrated circuit (IC) concepts that enable novel hardware topologies with strongly advanced features.
• You generate innovative IC approaches with respect to power, efficiency, area and safety and bring them into chip prototypes. Your results contribute to a new generation of communication circuits for mobility and enhance their performance while reducing volume and costs
• You are part of the team that shapes the future of the Bosch IC product portfolio produced in our semiconductor fabs.
• You work in an agile and diverse research and development team with exchange across international projects. You are part of the international scientific community and contribute with publications on top conferences and journals.
• You compare with state-of-the-art, evaluate on public benchmark data sets and internal realworld data sets. Moreover, you assess possible shares to other use cases in other business areas. 

• Education: excellent master`s degree in electrical engineering
• Experience and Knowledge: profound knowledge of electronics, ASIC Design, (integrated) circuit design (analog, digital, e.g.: Gate Driver, DC/DC Converter, Power Stages), power semiconductors, adaptive and predictive algorithms preferred with link to the ASIC design for Smart Power Technologie 
• Qualifications: microelectronic or similar
  Personality and Working Practice: open-minded, self-motivated, creative and a strong team player; goal-oriented, initiative, highly motivated and logical thinking
• Languages: good English and German communication skills (written and verbal)
