Job Description

Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal management consultancy of the Bosch-Group. We focus on strategic inhouse projects that drive the effective transformation and continued development of our businesses within Bosch. Our consulting teams support senior management within the Bosch-Group on strategic, organizational, and operational topics and provide support to improve the business performance of our customers substantially and sustainably.

We work on portfolio elements covering topics such as

  • Business development
  • Cost improvement and restructuring
  • Inorganic growth
  • Operational excellence

At BMC/IC you work in cross functional teams in close collaboration with our internal customers on complex projects and provide impactful and tailored solutions for the top management across the Bosch-Group. You will be part of a highly experienced team of consultants, many of whom bring expertise from leading international consulting firms, ensuring the highest professional standards and a strong learning environment. Key responsibilities

  • You lead consulting projects incl. the BMC team and manage the key stakeholders on customer side.
  • You help identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance the capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth.
  • You will drive the overall analytical approach in line with strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch-Group.
  • You challenge and derive conclusions and provide impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.
  • You act as a subject matter expert within the consulting domain Performance Improvement.
  • You develop solution approaches and implement methodology know-how for performance improvement topics.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable subject; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Experience and Knowledge: extensive professional experience from relevant previous positions in business management/ performance improvement and transformation topics; Experience in cross functional project management; International background and working experiences are a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: You have proven analytical capabilities and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable conclusions. With an entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity, you excel at developing innovative solutions to challenges. Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey ideas effectively, while your team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and strong customer focus make you a valuable collaborator in any environment.
  • Languages: business fluent in English; strong German skills advantageous
