In the XC Flexunit, our mission is to help shape the future of XC with our team of highly specialized employees by significantly driving forward pioneering projects and topics in areas such as security, safety, AI, data engineering, architecture or DevOps. • As a Project Management Expert, you will take responsibility for the successful set-up and implementation of large platform and customer projects. You will work closely with the business units, act in an entrepreneurial manner and be responsible for achieving the project goals.
• In your role, you will also temporarily offer your expertise in critical project phases and provide hands-on support in the creation of the project configuration, for example. You work closely and on an equal footing with the project managers in the business units and focus on the project goals and the quality of the project setup.
• You analyze optimization and efficiency potentials and put your own ideas into practice until they are implemented. In addition, you will translate identified leassons learning into sustainable improvements and implement them. In this way, you will actively contribute to shaping and improving project management within XC.

• Education: University degree in engineering, natural sciences or a comparable course of study
• Experience and Knowledge: You have many years of experience as a project manager and have sound knowledge of project management, ideally with RK-PMQ and PMI certification.
• Personality and Working Practice: You are characterized by a strong ability to work in a team, motivation and persuasiveness as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You are able to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics and develop pragmatic solutions. You communicate your ideas very clearly and convincingly. You take responsibility, are not afraid of challenges and drive your ideas forward. You are willing to constantly learn and develop yourself further.
• Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
