Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal management consultancy of the Bosch-Group. We focus on strategic inhouse projects that drive the effective transformation and continued development of our businesses within Bosch. Our consulting teams support senior management within the Bosch Group on strategic, organizational, and operational topics and provide support to improve the business performance of our customers substantially and sustainably.

We work on portfolio elements covering topics such as  

• Restructuring & M&A Operations
• Performance Improvement and Value Creation Plans  
• Operational excellence  
• Market & Strategy  

At BMC/IC you work in cross functional team in close collaboration with our internal customers on complex projects and provide impactful and tailored solutions for the top management across the Bosch-Group. • You lead consulting projects or workstreams incl. the BMC team and manage the key stakeholders on customer side. 
• You help identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance the capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth with a strong engineering focus. 
• You drive the overall analytical approach in line with strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch-Group. 
• You challenge and derive conclusions and provide impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.

• Education: Excellent university degree in industrial engineering, physics, applied informatics or similar qualification
• Experience and Knowledge: Extensive professional experience within engineering, product management or business strategy. Ideally you gained experience in technology consulting, benchmarking or within management & strategy consulting in your positions prior to Bosch.
• Personality and Working Practice:  Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity to apply for problem solution. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team player, self-motivated with a "can do" attitude, customer oriented
• Work Routine: Willingness to travel
• Languages: Fluent in English, and comprehensive skills in German are an advantage.
