• As a Business Field Manager (m/f/div.) you will be responsible for portfolio management and optimization of industrial hydraulic axial piston machines.
• Your tasks will include presenting the current portfolio with product development roadmap for implementing the target portfolio.
• You will be responsible for preparing documents for decision-making meetings with Board and plant management.
• Your area of responsibility will also include ensuring medium and long-term competitiveness, among other things by identifying ratio potential, as well as defining and implementing measures in a cross-functional team.
• As part of life cycle management, you will coordinate and monitor the smooth transition to new series within the international production network.
• You will clarify market requirements in close consultation with IH Sales Team, sales and country units, such as China.

• Education: University degree in engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience and Knowledge: Extensive experience in hydraulics, product portfolio and/or business development
• Personality and Working Practice: Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, customer-oriented, structured working style
• Languages: German, business fluent English, other languages an advantage
