Job Description
Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal top management consultancy of the Bosch Group and supports top management with strategic in-house projects for the transformation and further development of the company. Our consultants work closely with internal customers in interdisciplinary teams to develop customized solutions for complex challenges. The focus is on strategic, organizational and operational topics that sustainably improve business performance. Key responsibilities
- In this position, you will lead and execute consulting projects in Value Creation, Restructuring, and M&A, managing both the consulting team and key stakeholders.
- You will take ownership of developing and implementing new methodologies and tools for Value Creation Plans as a subject matter expert.
- Furthermore you will consult the customer team within the projects as a methodology expert for Value Creation plan, applying relevant tools and approaches and challenge the development process of the Value creation plan.
- In addition, you will collaborate with Bosch business units to develop and implement robust Value Creation Plans.
- You will evaluate value creation strategies by identifying risks, blind spots, and strategic opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
- Last but not least, you are responsible for introducing industry best practices and external market perspectives that is unconstrained by internal Bosch limitations, to ensure a future-proof and high-impact strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: extensive professional experience from relevant previous positions in business management, financial and market analysis; strong understanding & experience of establishing Value Creation Plans incl. know-how about relevant tools; excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, but also a deep understanding of the operations of businesses; exceptional planning, organizing, and project management capabilities as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint supports your ability to deliver impactful analyses and presentations
- Personality and Working Practice: you are analytical, structured and able to distil complex information into clear insights and present conclusions clearly. You develop innovative solutions with a strong creative and entrepreneurial mindset. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to convey complex information clearly and concisely. As a proactive team player with a can-do attitude, you excel at customer-oriented problem solving
- Everyday work: willingness to travel
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
