Job Description
For the successful industrialization of the production of e-machines we install a safe launch team which will be responsible to ramp-up the production and secure the knowledge transfer in three different locations around the globe. First working place will be in Hildesheim/Germany, after a certain period the team will continue in Jihlava and afterwards will secure the ramp-up in Charleston/US. We are searching for candidates who are highly motivated to accompany the ramp-up one after the other in all three locations. This is a unique possibility to work in an international set-up, explore three different locations in three different countries, experience intercultural topics and broaden your network. Depending on your home country we will define together with you and your local HR Business partner the international assignment model that will allow you to work in all three locations.
- You are responsible for clarifying technical complex customer driven requirements in the field of the optical inspection
- You evaluate the feasibility of the requirements in a labor environment, together with internal areas and external suppliers
- You are responsible for the industrialization of the complete vision system (mechanics, sensors, illumination, software)
- Your focus is to assist the plants worldwide from the pre-acceptance of a vision system, through the ramp up on site, continuing after the start of series production
- You are part of the line-concept-team and line-realization-team for new world-wide production lines
- You are part of problem-solving and optimization teams in the production, and support the service-team in downtimesituations to improve the output of the lines, worldwide
- You transfer standards and knowledge worldwide to the local experts
Qualifications
- Education: Academic degree electrical engineer, electronic, automation or related
- Personality: hands-on mentality, pragmatic, flexible, communication skills, team member in international context
- Experience and Knowledge: Solid knowledge and experience in optical inspection (measurement and image processing), Experience in special machinery in production enviroment, International assignments (Asia, America and EU), NeuroCheck and Halcon experience beneficial, Data driven mindset
- Languages: Fluent german and english
