Job Description
- As an SaaS Key Account Executive (f/m/div.), you will drive the sales process from qualification to close, engaging with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by marketing.
- Your primary responsibility involves conducting deep discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, decision criteria, and buying timelines, rigorously qualifying opportunities against our Ideal Costumer Profil.
- You will deliver compelling, personalized product demonstrations, articulating our value proposition and Rol to Return directly addressing the prospect's needs and handling objections effectively.
- Throughout the deal cycle, you will strategically nurture leads with follow-ups and value-add content to maintain engagement.
- This includes creating proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms within established guidelines.
- Finally, you will meticulously maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: university degree in Marketing, business administration, Engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification
- Personality and Working Pratice: Highly driven and goal-oriented, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets; Empathetic listener, genuinely curious about customer problems and needs; Resilient and tenacious, handles rejection gracefully and persists through long sales cycles; Structured and disciplined, maintains excellent records and manages time effectively; High integrity, builds trust with prospects and represents the company professionally
- Experience and Knowledge: minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience; Mastery of consultative/solution selling methodologies; Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, ability to tell a compelling story; Strong business acumen, can quickly understand different business models and challenges; Negotiation skills, confident in discussing price and value to reach mutually beneficial agreements; Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and deal forecasting; Articulate and persuasive communicator
- Languages: fluent English and German
- Travel: This role requires participation in events/fairs/customer-meetings and therefore requires travel up to 20%
