Job Description

  • Functional and disciplinary management of PS business unit logistics as well as global functional responsibility for PS plant and BU logistics organizations
  • Responsibility for global target development and achievement of logistics KPIs along the PS value chains (TLC, DIO, LOQ, LIWAKS, VBL and Sustainability)
  • Responsibility for PS Logistics end-to-end process design and standardization, as well as the digitalization of logistics process steps, in close coordination with PS internal partners (QMLP) and M and C departments. Derivation of innovation strategies, including AI
  • Manages central team of approx. 80 associates (global set up), functional responsibility for 45 plant logistic organizations and orchestration of PS globel agile teams in close alignment with plants
  • Representing PS in various projects and initiatives at the M and C levels with the aim of generating a sustainable contribution to improving PS performance (EBIT, CF) through global cross-functional and cross-GB collaboration approaches

Qualifications

  • Education: Master degree (Engineering and / or business school) 
  • Personality and way of working: Entrepreneurial mindset, intrinsically motivated leader.
    Enters conflict as needed and drives ambivalent situation towards a solution and result.
    Demonstrates a high level of resilience as well as a competitive mindset.
    High solution orientation applying pragmatic and creative ideas; high intercultural mindset
  • Experience and know-how: Leadership experience in an international Bosch operations environment with a focus on international and cross-functional collaboration; strong affinity for innovation and IT
  • Qualification: Leadership experience in plant operation environment; broad cross functional know how (e.g. IT, Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Controlling)
  • Enthusiasm: A high degree of enthusiasm for shaping processes and implementing them in an international team; a high degree of performance orientation and the ability to involve and support partners and team members in the transformation process
  • Languages: fluent German and English (professional proficiency mandatory)
