• As the Head of Department, you are responsible for all camera and software projects within the business unit Video Systems in Bosch Building Technologies. This includes the worldwide multiproject- and program management and leadership of project managers across six regions.
• As a process owner of agile, lean and classic project management, you are responsible for planning, steering and reporting of worldwide camera- and software projects.
• You analyze critical project situations and actively define risk mitigation measures.  
• You establish project and program controlling measures and manage dependencies and resource conflicts between projects.

• Education: university degree in Business informatics, engineering or comparable field of study or comparable qualification.
• Personality: good communication, moderation, negotiation and leadership skills. Hands-on mentality and experience with multicultural teams.
• Working practice: several years of experience in classic as well as agile project and program management.
• Experience and Knowledge: extensive knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, a hard- and software background (with focus on software) as well as experience in complete end-to-end solutions (inclusive cloud services) in a video environment.
• Qualifications: PMI or agile training certification and preferably a certified scrum master.
• Languages: fluent German and business fluent in English.
