• As a Performance Partner Global Machining Expert (f/m/div.) you are a consultant and trainer for machining processes on-site with a strong problem-solving and improving focus.
• Your responsibilities and your main goals include identifying potential for quality, delivery, cost improvements and effectively communicating with local management.
• You operate self-organized, independently deciding on the suitable method and advising colleagues on standard adherence and issue prevention.
• Ultimately, you are accountable for process optimization and problem-solving within your assigned tasks.
• You are part of our global “Performance Partner Team at Mobile Hydraulics” which makes a significant contribution to shape the future by increase the profitability and the competitiveness of the international production network.

• Education: professional 3 years apprenticeship in a machining area or a comparable qualification, further specialization as a "Meister" and/or a bachelor’s degree required
• Personality and Working Practice: strong problem-solving focus, high willingness to communicate and to train other colleagues, open-minded for other cultures, self-organized
• Experience and Knowledge: minimum of 5 years of professional experience; NC programming skills (additional PLC knowledge is a plus); experience operating a multi-channel NC machine and with Siemens and/or Fanuc controllers; Knowledge of MAP components; Knowledge of tooling, experience with quality assurance along the process chain, including support processes (e.g., cleaning, deburring); multi-year experience in the machining of MAT components; experience in running NC production machines in soft and/or hard machining areas, Multi-machine operation
• Languages: fluent English, additional languages are an advantage
• Travel: high willingness to travel (>50% per year)
