Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal consultancy of the Bosch Group. We support top management in strategic, organizational, and operational matters to drive transformation and business development. • In this role, you lead consulting projects, including the BMC team, while managing key stakeholders on the customer side.
• Furthermore, you identify opportunities to address business needs and enhance capabilities to ensure long-term competitiveness and profitable growth.
• Together with the responsible partner and the customer, you define the scope of consulting projects.
• Your focus is on driving the overall analytical approach in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Bosch Group.
• Also, you challenge assumptions, draw well-founded conclusions, and provide impactful and feasible recommendations for internal clients.

• Education: completed university studies of industrial engineering or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: extensive professional experience with focus on manufacturing as well as management of strategic projects; several years of management experience as leader of a department or as project lead; proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly
• Personality and Working Practice: you have an entrepreneurial mindset, your creativity in problem solving characterizes you; you have excellent communication skills and see yourself as a team player; you have a motivated way of working with a “can do” attitude with focus on customer needs 
• Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
