The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. About 16,000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the “Bosch Car Service” repair-shop franchise, one of the world’s largest independent chains of repair-shops.
The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.
Job Description
- In this role, you will strategically plan and evaluate data-driven solutions aligned with our IPT strategy to identify the most suitable approaches for the Mobility Aftermarket and our customers.
- You will drive transformation by establishing data-driven methodologies within the pricing processes of the Business Digital Organization, continuously enhancing performance and data quality.
- Furthermore, you will diligently coordinate all relevant requirements to elevate pricing in the Mobility Aftermarket to a new level.
- You will take responsibility for your area of expertise, interact with all relevant systems, and collaborate closely with a highly motivated team.
- Finally, you will implement solutions and consistently seek opportunities for improvement—because your success is our shared success.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in computer science, technological education or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience as a Product Owner; solid knowledge in data analysis; confident handling of SQL and Power BI; knowledge of SAP Order to Cash processes is an advantage; ideally, professional experience in the Aftermarket or BBM area with master data
- Personality and Working Practice: you have the ability to think entrepreneurially and approach your tasks in a highly structured and self-organized manner; you bring intercultural experience and openness, enjoy working in small high-performance teams, and actively build a cross-functional network; you stand out for your excellent ability to develop clear and compelling lines of argument—also for C-level presentations
- Enthusiasm: you are passionate about digital innovations and have a strong interest in understanding our pricing methodologies (pricing corridors, discounts, margin potentials), requirements, and opportunities
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
