Responsibilities and tasks are described as follows:

• Operational responsibility for Human Ressource Management, Financial Accounting, Logistics, Medical Services & Business Transformation (DBE) and Communication
• Drives improvements in supply change and logistics excellence
• Leads negotiations with local workers council according to plant target picture and existing agreements and constantly aligns with business unit, divisional and corporate stakeholders as Betriebsratsverhandlungspartner
• Contributes strategic expertise and leads the transformation / re-structuring towards economic competitiveness.
• Explores business opportunities relating to open acquisitions and plant capacity.
• Develops policies in congruence with the agenda or goals of the company/ plant.
• Develops team spirit and business drive at all levels of the organization.
• Ensures application and adherence of plant guidelines and policies as well as compliance
• Achieves business results in accordance to budgets and business goals.
• Collaborates closely with the technical Plant Manager.
• Acts as company representative in all business development, charity and/or community activities.
• Interfacing with numerous internal and external contacts. Show social and political awareness.

Required education and experience:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Business engineering or similar course of studies.
• Validated expertise in all financial and business management fields (Finance, Controlling).
• Managerial Talent
• Ideally experience or know-how in Purchasing, Logistics and IT

Technical qualification and Specialized skills:

• Good Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP
• Experience in leading a profitably growing business
• Experience with international operations and large batch production
• Knowledge of Western European/ German business practices
