During the "Graduate Specialist Program - Bosch.IO" you will spend 12 months in different areas within Bosch.IO. The program is coordinated and developed together with you and the specialist department. The target position after the program is a challenging task within Bosch.IO.

• 3-6 rotations: You will work in various areas, e.g. Digital Marketing & eCommerce, Digital User & User Interface, AIoT Platform, Consulting & Professional Services, Project Delivery, or you will get to know another functional area (e.g. Controlling or HR).
   
• Challenging tasks: You can expect exciting technical and project tasks with operational and strategic challenges.  You quickly take on responsibility and get to know all facets of your field in projects as well as in day-to-day business.
   
• Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a mentor from the management team will support you in your professional and personal development. In addition, a current participant from the program will accompany you during your onboarding.
   
• Unlimited employment contract and flexible starting date: We adjust the start date individually to your needs. You are part of our team from the beginning and take responsibility from day 1.
   
• Further training opportunities: You will have access to a wide range of seminars with an individually tailored focus in order to develop in the best possible way.

• Personality: You are enthusiastic about complex technologies in industry and enjoy motivating other people. You consider openness, tolerance and respectfulness as attitudes worth striving for.
   
• Background: In addition to your above-average master's or diploma degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable degree, you have a high technical affinity for customer solutions as well as first experience in this area.
   
• Experience and Know-How: You bring international experience of at least three months and have gained practical experience through challenging internships or first work experience. You speak English and German very well.
