* Accounting of Financial transactions (Vendor Invoices and Employee Claims) on a regular basis
* Reconciliation of Customer, Vendors and Employees Accounts
* Handling of Month End Books closure activities- Bank Reconciliation Statements, creating of provisional entries, reconciliation and clearing of ledgers, Forex Reinstatements
* Having basic understanding on Customs Duty and custom clearances
* Handling of Statutory Compliances Direct & Indirect Taxes:-
* Income Tax: Monthly TDS, Quarterly ETDS, Handling TDS Notices
* Service Tax: Monthly Service Tax Calculation, Half Yearly Service Tax Returns
* VAT: Monthly VAT Calculation, Monthly VAT Returns, Annual VAT 240
* Central Excise: Return compliances
* Evaluation & applicability of Indirect Taxes for new products in co-ordination with RO/TAX and Consultants.
* Co-ordination with Consultants for Certifications relating to Foreign Payments
* Handling of Customer Receipts in accounting system
* Managing the issue and return of Foreign Currency to/from employees
* Preparation of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Schedules for audit purpose
* Managing of Documents including Regular Filing
