► Testing of our new CRM system based on C4C platform (including Regression Tests and Go Live testing) 

► Get trained about new system, create training documentation and train other colleagues worldwide 

► Manage data imports to system, checking quality and mapping of fields for local imports 

► Update catalogue fields and other information in system 

► Document interfaces and processes in Confluence pages 

► Creation of dashboards and reports 

► Monitoring middleware incl. ERP + C4C interface knowledge, esp. missing dealers 

► Support other activities related to CRM projects 

► Support of product owner to specify requirements 

► 3rd level hotline for user department (e.g. questions about user administration), “link” to IT hotline

► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on IT 

► Technical understanding of IT systems 

► Experience in manual testing will be consider as advantage 

► Knowledge of JIRA or any other tracking tool 

► Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, comparing options) 

► Willingness to work in a global & virtual team 

► Good communication skills, ability to think analytically 

► English (fluent in spoken and written) 

► Willingness to work in international projects travel activity (about 25%)
