Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Deploying, configuring and operating Virtual workplace platform infrastructure

- Drives operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement according to industry best practices

- Operates Virtual Workplace Platform infrastructure based on ITIL processes.

- Establishing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring and managing the delivery of services against the

targets

- Ensures that services deliver agreed levels of virtual workplace platform availability to meet current and future needs

of the business.

Educational qualification:

BE or equivalent

Experience :

3 to 6 years in Citrix platform management

Mandatory/requires Skills:

Citrix virtual workplace environment

Preferred Skills:
• 3–6 years of Citrix platform management experience

• Experience and Expertise in App/Desktop/Server Virtualization solutions like Horizon, AVD

• Positive, entrepreneurial, and future?oriented mindset
