The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

• Conduct System CIP cycles and organize regular reviews
• Organize BPS Maturity assessment & enhance BPS maturity level
• Drive BPS GO+ initiatives in the Value stream & support plant BPS
• Responsible for communication and driving CIP in the Product Area
• Facilitate improvement workshops for PGL elements (VSD, LLD, FOL, etc.)
• Implementation of BPS standards as per VM guidelines
• Drive together with the value streams the Digital tool landscape as part of BPS.
• Increase BPS multipliers by leading Shop Floor engagement activities.
• Support teams on BPS topics & coach/mentor through speed weeks approach
• Participate in VM BPS & VCS.NxT meetings and collaborate with other locations
• Responsible for time data management & ergonomic evolutions of MAE’s
• Long term space planning & layout design for the product area
• Support productivity improvement through MTM Analysis & method study etc.
• Participate/lead in plants/functional strategic initiatives & extend your support

Experience : 6 - 10 years of experience

Graguate Engineer (Automobile/Production/Mechanical)

• Understanding of lean manufacturing systems and concepts (ideally BPS & IE).
• Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets.
• Ability to travel for VM/BPS & RBIN/PJ-BPS benchmarking/coordination meets
