You will act as the principal technical authority across Bosch HR Core platforms—including SAP SuccessFactors (HR Core), ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (ESM / HRSD), COMPAS (Bosch internal organizational & master data system), and on-premise/hybrid SAP HCM & Payroll solutions.
In addition to core HR systems, you will spearhead modernization by integrating Generative AI (AskBosch, RAG frameworks, AI agents), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and cloud-native integrations on SAP BTP and Azure. You will anchor all architectural designs in LeanIX EAM and enforce strict compliance with Bosch IT Principles (RBGF 177, Information Security, and GDPR), bridging global HR business transformation roadmaps with agile engineering execution.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Target Architecture, Roadmaps & LeanIX EAM Governance
HR Architecture Blueprint: Define and maintain the comprehensive HR Solution Architecture Blueprint, aligning with Bosch enterprise standards, cloud-first principles, and agile governance models.
LeanIX Management: Own and maintain HR Application Factsheets, IT Components, Data Flow diagrams, and Business Capability maps in LeanIX to ensure complete lifecycle and dependency visibility.
Modernization Strategy: Lead the strategic transition from legacy on-premise SAP HCM components to cloud-native platforms on SAP BTP and SAP SuccessFactors.
Governance & Compliance: Champion RBGF 177 (4.12) architecture reviews, Information Security/ISP guidelines, and global data privacy standards (GDPR) across all HR solution designs.
2. Bosch HR Core Systems & Cloud Integration
SAP SuccessFactors (HR Global): Architect global business processes and technical integrations across Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning using OData APIs and Integration Center.
ServiceNow ESM / HRSD: Design enterprise employee workflows, case management lifecycles, self-service portals, and bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow Integration Hub / Flow Designer and HR core backends.
COMPAS & SAP HCM Ecosystem: Oversee the technical architecture for Bosch internal organizational management, company code/personnel area structures, personnel administration, infotypes, time management, and payroll processing interfaces.
3. Generative AI & Intelligent Automation Enablement
GenAI Integration: Design enterprise-grade GenAI patterns (RAG pipelines, enterprise LLM orchestration via LangChain/LlamaIndex, AskBosch integration, and autonomous agents) to augment HR operations and self-service.
RPA & Process Automation: Architect automated end-to-end workflows using RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and cloud automation tools to eliminate manual repetitive tasks across HR shared services.
Hybrid Cloud & Middleware: Design resilient API-led integration architectures connecting on-premise legacy systems with cloud services (Azure, SAP BTP, Integration Suite).
4. Engineering Leadership & E2E Service Delivery
Technical Decision Authority: Lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB), author High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) specifications, and drive technical proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Delivery Enablement: Partner with Product Owners, Agile Squads, and Service Delivery Managers to translate strategic HR roadmaps into actionable development backlogs and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
