Join our international Supply Chain Team and play a key role in one of the most exciting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. As a Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (EWM), you will act as a trusted partner for the business, bridging the gap between logistics processes and technical implementation while helping shape the future of warehouse management solutions across a global organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong process expertise in warehousing and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving change in an agile environment.

Your tasks

• Act as a Senior Consultant within the Supply Chain team for Bosch Rexroth, supporting warehousing and material flow processes.
• Serve as a process expert for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Clarify requirements with process experts and business stakeholders.
• Conduct functional analyses and prepare functional requirement specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation in close cooperation with business teams and Lead Developers.
• Prioritize backlog items together with the Process Delegate, taking into account business needs as well as technical and economic considerations.
• Support decision-making regarding custom developments by providing technical assessments and recommendations in cooperation with Lead Developers.

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related fields.
• Experience working with SAP Supply Chain Management modules, particularly Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Good understanding of warehousing and material flow processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and perform functional analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with business teams and development teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to provide technical recommendations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Very good English and Polish communication skills.

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Academic background or additional education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.
